Complete and blatant lack of courtesy, much less customer service

I'm trying to ship my truck from Charleston to Denver and after dealing with these guys (well, actually, not being able to deal with an actual person for two straight weeks now), have cancelled my order and reversed the charges on my credit card. Upon ordering, they were very polite, charged my credit card for the full amount and gave me a rough pick-up date. When I realized that the truck wasn't going to be picked up and had to leave town for work, I called to get the pickup location changed and no answer. Multiple unanswered calls later, on that day alone, I left a voicemail message to contact me to set up the new pickup. No call back. I waited a couple of days to see if they were just having problems finding a driver and then called back, again attempting to set up a different pickup location. Again no answer. Voicemail left. No return call. I had been calling them daily, sometimes 15 or 16 times and all I ever got was their voicemail. Left several messages and never a return call. After contacting another company, they looked up the dispatch boards which is where all pickups go for the drivers to accept the jobs and my load was nowhere on it.
Suffice to say that I don't believe these people adhere to any standard of ethical business practices. I'm going to stop short of calling them crooks, but if someone takes your money and then refuses to contact you, I'm not sure what else to call them. I wish that anyone who decides, after reading their reviews, to use this company the best of luck.
I certainly will not, ever again.
